  • Order packaging and handling time is between 1 to 3 business days, not including the shipping duration. 
  • Shipping times will depend on USPS or the carrier of your choice. We appreciate your understanding that any delays beyond this point are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Fees:

  • Free Shipping is offered to all U.S orders/returns/exchanges, excluding clearance items and handbags.
  • Paid Shipping is applied to select U.S orders/return/exchanges, such as clearance items and handbags.

International Shipping Fees:

  • Free Shipping is offered to all international orders exceeding a purchase minimum of $500. The purchase minimum excludes clearance items and handbags.
  • Paid Shipping is applied to all international orders that are less than purchase minimum of $500. The purchase minimum excludes clearance items and handbags.

Responsibility & Insurance:

  • Once your package has been shipped, the responsibility for it transitions from Longhorn Luster LLC to you. To enhance peace of mind, we offer route shipping insurance for an additional fee at checkout. Please be aware that, without this insurance, we are unable to cover lost or damaged items.

  • We kindly encourage you to verify your shipping address prior to completing your order.

International Customs Delays:

  • While uncommon, please be aware that international shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance. We suggest checking with your local postal services for any updates.
