Refund policy

At Longhorn Luster LLC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Here’s a clear outline of our exchange, return, and refund policies:

Guidelines:

  • Should you be unsure or 'on the fence' about purchasing item, please contact us at info@longhornluster.com for a live demonstration of the item you would like to purchase.
  • We kindly ask that merchandise be returned within seven (7) days of the delivery date. 
  • Upon your decision to exchange or return merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible at info@longhornluster.com or all 725-529-4405, and we will send you return label, if the merchandise is eligible for a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  •  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, handbags, and gift cards.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@longhornluster.com.
Domestic Shipping Fees:
  • Free Shipping is offered to all U.S orders/returns/exchanges, excluding clearance items and handbags.
  • Paid Shipping is applied to select U.S orders/return/exchanges, such as clearance items and handbags.
International Shipping Fees:
  • Free Shipping is offered to all international orders exceeding a purchase minimum of $500. The purchase minimum excludes clearance items and handbags.
  • Paid Shipping is applied to all international orders that are less than purchase minimum of $500. The purchase minimum excludes clearance items and handbags.

Special Conditions:

  • If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us at info@longhornluster.com within 24 hours of receipt.
    • Our first course of action will be to initiate the repair process for your item.
    • If repair is not feasible but a replacement is possible, we will gladly provide you with a new item.
    • In cases where the item cannot be replaced, you will have the option to exchange it for store credit via electronic gift card or receive a refund for your purchase.
    • Refunds will be processed if your item is damaged during shipping and cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Tips for a Smooth Return or Exchange Process:

  • Always keep your receipt or proof of purchase as a record.
  • Use a trackable shipping service for high-value returns to ensure timely delivery and secure handling.

European Union fourteen (14) day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
